Payment or use of a Voucher code automatically forms a contract between the client (student) and ANIVADO and the terms and conditions apply. Below you will also find the cancellation form should you require this.

Complaints Policy

If you are unhappy with our services please contact ANIVADO in writing clearly stating your unique student name/number and giving a short summary of your grievance. We will do our best to resolve any problems that may occur if these are within our remit.  Our policy is to acknowledge receipt of your note within 7 days and we aim to resolve any issues within 14 days of first contact.  

We aim to provide the best quality courses and resources for our learning community and to retain an open mind on scholarly discussions based on scientifically sound principles. Opinions of different experts may be put forward but these may not necessarily fully reflect the beliefs of ANIVADO. We retain the right to veto course content that does not comply with this open-minded philosophy.
