I have problems with playing the video presentation. What can I do?

Answer:

When you are having problems playing video presentations you could try the following:

- You can try using a different browser. We recommend using Safari, Chrome or Firefox as a browser. And also check that the browser is updated.

- The use of an ethernet cable is often recommended for good video playback. If you are working on a WiFi connection, it may take a long time for the video to load and may give an error message.
